In the training, cooperative administrators are equipped with a variety of skills, from managerial, entrepreneurial, and digital transformation to modern cooperative practices.

Despite its good purpose, the effort needs to be carefully considered. This is because producing competent and professional cooperative cadres and personnel cannot be done overnight. Training alone is not enough. In the past, cadre development was supported by academies and cooperative schools.
